What is HyperAOP?
HYPERAOP● units are the simplest yet most advanced systems in the world, developed for the mineralization of organic pollutants in water. Built on our proven AOP● reactor design, they incorporate a unique innovation: a specially engineered carrier structure for TiO₂ nanocrystals.

How Does It Work?
  • TiO₂ nanocrystals are optimized with a patented co-catalyst. This results in:
  • Increased charge transport capacity
  • Reduced electron–hole recombination
  • Extended lifetime of charge carriers and ●OH radicals
  • This design enables unprecedented hydroxyl radical (●OH) generation within an extremely simple system.
Why Is It Important?
In industrial applications, retention times are usually very short. Therefore, fast and effective oxidation is required. HyperAOP meets this need by delivering maximum efficiency in a very short time.

Synergy with Ozone
To enhance performance, HyperAOP is often combined with ozone:
• Ozone accelerates COD reduction
• Increases ●OH radical generation
• Strengthens surface catalysis

Moreover, the total ozone consumption is much lower compared to conventional ozone-only systems. In many cases, ozone alone cannot achieve the COD reduction that HyperAOP’s ●OH radicals can provide.
